Tongue piercing hurts most. Lip piercing looks better.

well i think tongue looks the coolest, but hurts the worst, besides it leaves a scar should you ever decide to take it out. I like lip piercings though... they r fun to play with! k hope that helps!

I think tongue would hurt more and lip looks cooler. So it's a win win. You would get food stuck on the tongue piercing and it gets infected a lot.

I have my tongue pierced. I don't the lip thing looks cool.

my friend got a tongue pierce and she drank some soda (w/o wiping the top) and maggots got in her tongue. The doctor had to open her tongue and remove the maggots. Also her piercing got removed she could not talk for a week (her tongue was sore). To tell you the truth nether is safe.

I think tongue piecing hurts the must because thank about it everybody bit their tip an tongue and lip before. when you bit you lip it hurts a Lil but when you you bite you tongue its a hole neither story.I thank tongue piecing are cooler than lip pacing especially for girl but if a girl gets tongue pacing they need to know what it means first.

Getting your tounge pierced does not hurt. Where they pierce it there are no nerves. It just hurts afterwards when it is sore. So i'd say getting your lip pierced hurts more. I have my tounge pierced.

Its more of which one you want..you will be the one wearing it. I have my tongue pierced and I love it.
