Holy crap. I know.
It's self-perpetuating. It's insane to think that if you ask something, there are thousands of people at your beck and call, all willing to take a shot.
Answering questions and searching for interesting ones to answer...it's all very addicting.

Yes, I think about it a lot. I think sharing information, the people, and feeling like you are a part of Yahoo Answers , make us addicted.

YA is such a time-waster because you get to put your opinion out there or say anything for all the world to see in total anonymity. I can confess things in answers that I would never want anybody to know. It's also a game to get to the next level. I wonder how people go from zero to Level 7 in three or four weeks. Don't they have to go to work or school or something??

I was just thinking I may need a 12 step program for Yahoo answers and then I saw your question? It is like you read my mind. Cut that out!!! I think it is the immediate gratification you get by seeing the thumbs up by your answer. I also enjoy the thumbs down just as much. Is that wrong?

i have requested myself an same question. For me, the time passes so quickly at the same time as i'm answering questions. i will sit down and the subsequent ingredient i recognize that is 3-4 hours later. Time flies once you're having exciting!

I think its so addicting because you earn points and you want to earn as many as you can. Plus when you offer your adivce or answer a question you feel really good about yourself.

Its like Lays Potato chips...you can't answer just one...question that is...LOL You get on a roll and then you are going and going...in fact that is what Yahoo sez...you are on a roll...LOL The other things are like laundry and such...not too exciting...it does get done on the weekend...
