I'm thinking --- Revenge of the Nerds, Throw Mama From the Train, Repo Man. They love John Waters and Monty Python movies. They love Married with Children and South Park. I want some "blast from the past stuff." No Jerry Lewis or Stooges or Laurel and Hardy. Think 60's through 80's. I need some really goofy ones from the past, for my kids to watch over the holidays - Preteen and Old Teen age range. (They've seen all the recent ones -- ie Deuce Bigalow, Napoleon Dynomite.)

Wow, the Lampoon movies -- and who will ever forget Vacation?!! Animal House! I saw that 9 times when I was in college! (predating VCRs - very dark ages!) Keep the suggestions coming!

Dorkey/funny? Mars Attacks! loads of violence though.... because Martians attack Earth (duh). Quote the old granny, "They blew up congress! Ha, ha, ha!!!!" So, don't show it to the kids if they're under, like, 10.
