if someone is placed on probation for this are they allowed to drive with a conditional license

Depends if they have been approved to do so by the judge.

It depends. In California, the DMV usually suspends your license for a year. The court usually doesn't. But you have to check with the DMV and do a hearing. You may only get 10 days notice after they notice you of the suspension to apply for a hearing appealing the suspension and, if they don't hear from you, the suspension goes into affect.

no and u shouldnt b get real a dwi and dui is a true sign of a drinking problem and not a victimlees crime u gave other drivers no optionn when u drove impaired i hope a lesson is learned. drunk driving kills and the only crime is the penaltys r not severe enough
