Not sure if you like clubbing, but there's a quaint, yet upscale resturant/club called Pearl off of Robertson in West LA. They offer couples or group dining packages that start at around $40 per person. This includes a four course dinner (appetizer, salad, entree, & dessert). The food is very good and the presentation is lovely. The resturant turns into a night club after 11pm, and if you purchase the group dinner packages, the cover for the club is included. Added bonus is you don't have to wait in a long line outside the club. I believe cover's around 45 bucks if you're not lucky enough to get in for free (pretty girls are routinely let in free of cover).
