This period in history has always interested me, and I've wondered why film makers haven't addressed the subject before.

Let's jsut say I haven't been to the movies in many years. (I'm in my 20's, and would rather watch movies in the privacy of my home.) This is one movie I will go see though. It looks great and the subject has always interested me as well.

Yes they do interest me and probably because noone really knows about them. They were supposedly more advanced than even the Greeks yet their civilization was wiped out...weird. Maybe the had a few too many human sacrifices.

I'm really interested to see it, it looks like a great film, like a cross between Braveheart and Fitzcarraldo

Yeah I'll go see it. Not on the opening, but I do want to see it. He's a good director.

I don't trust that guy not to have some weird, creepy religious agenda- he can go get drunk and embarrass himself for all I'm concerned. But the day they make another Road Warrior I am there.

Possibly. I might wait for it to come out on DVD. I'm hoping it's better than the passion of the christ, that movie sucked.
