Africa never will. Warlords and dictators fight over the scraps of resource and control, but ultimately it is already sold for cheap to Western Nations. Anyone with an education leaves Africa for a job in an industrialized nation.

Well the countries are severely poor and disease ridden and since nature is its biggest asset, its nothing. Economy and money are needed to bring it to its biggest potential.
