I was planning on using a pointless cliche, but it looks like they were all taken. Pain and weakness correlate in a cycle. Weakness leads to pain, and pain as a result of weakness leads to weakness. It is somewhat like genius and insanity. Regardless, I see it as a blatant play on a cycle effect. If it is looked at from an emotional stand point, issues that are poignant
are let go off, but the road to letting go is painful. As you take a burden off your shoulder, another rests in its place.

It can be both mental and physical. Mentally was described very well above. Physcially, the pain you feel when working out - assuming no injury due to excess or bad form - is due to literally tearing your muscle fibers, which leads to a process whereby the body, when repairing itself, will actually make the area stronger and/or bigger. So pain is the process of your body moving forward in growth from a state of weakness.

pain is something that can make you stronger, not so much physically but more mentally. when you go through something that hurts you feel the pain and when you survive it you realize that it is survivable. this thought process of knowing something isn't as bad as you thought it might be and knowing you can get through it is in a sense strengthening yourself. you become stringer and more determined and less weak, mentally, therefore you will be ready for whatever comes your way cause you know you can make it through. pain is therefore weakness leaving the body, or mind.

superbly positioned and encouraging. I agree different than for the demanding of the easy and not the darkish. maximum people are attentive to our very own darkish area and concern it escaping the crevice we shove it into whilst we hit upon how that's extra out via others. So, she is powerful approximately shining her easy. regrettably, a lot of people do in contrast to those that shine, smile, look satisfied. I see it well-known. attempt smiling at somebody in the line, they think of you're loopy. Too a lot of people appreciate the corporate of misery.

It's about pushing through the pain (weakness, discouragement, laziness, etc.) in order to acheive a higher goal.
To endure pain is to triumph over adversity.
