Can my Intel® Extreme Graphics 2 (Intel® 82852/82855 Graphics Controller) be swapped out on my labtop for a better one like a ATI™ Radeon® 8500 or NVIDIA® GeForce 3 or 4 MX Series Video Card?

Most Laptops are integrated so there would be no way to change the graphics card. Ok, it is not impossible. If there is a way to do it, the graphics card you want would have to be added to the motherboard depending on the Lap Tops main board. The manufacturer of the Motherboard for that Laptop would have to integrate the graphics that you like and then you would buy the main board and have it replaced in your unit. If the Card is seperate on you Lap Top a look at the Mother Board Manual may tell you if it is upgradable!

If your laptop has a built-in graphics like most labtop, the answer is no. You can only swap out the video card if it's not built-in on the motherboard. Check your labtop to see.
