I tried using Kaboom and that did not phase it. Car is from Florida and the spots make the glass look dirty and hard to see in the outside mirrors

did you try a hard conscentration of vinegar spray? 1 part water 1 part vinegar.
or, mix one part vinager, one part windex and a drop or two of sunlight dish soap.

Well thats kinda tricky, you can take it to a detailer and see if they will put acid (i know it sounds scary) on the glass.You might also try a carnuba wax, some thing that doesn't have an abrasive in it.
Other then that Good luck, its hard on a car in florida:)

use white distilled vinegar. it stinks but it works...
