even little kids in the hood think the republicans are racist party ,how can republicans change their party to be more inclusive. republicans always say they not racist , however everyone thinks they are racist george ALLEN RACIAL SLURS ,TRENT LOTT SUPPORTS SEGREATION ,DOENT HELP., EVEN HOCKEY HAS BLACK PLAYERS NOW,NASCAR HAS A FEW BLACKS INVOLVED, EVEN COUNTRY WESTERN HAS COWBOY TROY.WHY IS REPUBLICAN PARTY STILL HAS A 100% WHITE CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION WHY???

Unfortunately, minorities often suffer so that whites can pat themselves on the back. Liberals routinely admit minorities to schools for which they are not qualified, yet Liberals then take no responsibility for the inevitable poor performance and high drop-out rates which follow. Liberals don't care if these minority students fail; liberals aren't around to witness the end result resulting from the racist policy that is called 'affirmative action'. Yes, racist. Holding someone to a separate standard merely because of the color of his skin - that's affirmative action in a nutshell, and if that isn't racism, then nothing is. .

It is probably because there a few republicans (just read some of the answers here) that are extremely conservative and racist that give the others a bad name. Also, republican public policy is not in the best interests of most minorities.

Most African American's aren't republican, and if African Americans are to be seen as "for the people" I suppose they best support their people in the democratic party. There do exist blacks who are republicans, but they're the one's getting their money, no where near the hood, most likely embracing a higher class lifestyle.

Because they have been and voted against every disadvantaged and minority group issue. Black's right to vote and the civil rights act, women's right to vote, unions, child labor laws, minimum wage, handicapped rights, women's right to choose, enforcing the laws against employers who illegally hire illegal immigrants, the list is too long for this page. Why do they have this image? They have earned it.
