Yes they did, there are memos all over the 9/11 report saying that the Clinton administration, under the direction of Sillary did rig explosive sin the Cole in advance of the planes being flown into them and at the exact time of the explosion the earth warmed 3 degrees proving beyond any doubt that Al Gore did invent the Internet!!

Yes it definitely was. It was done by the same people who picked, funded and supported Osama all along. How else do you think the crew of the Cole were all given shore leave, and mysteriously a small craft was allowed to motor right up to the side of a US Naval War Ship and blow itself up? Many were involved in that one, and it had to include someone high up in the Navy! It was not Clinton, as it only served to embarrass him at the end of his term, but it was someone who wanted to stir up and frighten the American people. It had most likely to be American, but who? I could guess, but there is no way to support it.

After reading this post the only thing I can think about is the fact I have serious doubts about the PhD in your screen name. Maybe Clinton & Co have something to do with that as well?
Decisions were made, mistakes happen. Ppl say "follow the money" all the time when they bring up stuff like this. Let me ask you; what was to be gained?
