Math makes me feel dumb... really dumb... arg... I'm dreading Algebra 2 next term...

My age at times. I don't have a clue on keeping up with the youth of today and the different slang terms and web speak. It increases alot with the changing of technology; we have 12 year old geniuses who know more about my cell phone than I do and how it works. I really admire that but at the same time a bit sad for myself, I don't know if that is self pity, but it is just how I feel regarding that.

Right on, I too suffer from mathaphobia. I was filling out an application and it had those math questions I have always dreaded with a train going this speed and another going blah blah blah. It all becomes blah blah blah to me. I spell well.

math also makes me feel dumb. I'll try to do there stupid problems, but I still don't get it. and I especially feel dumb when the teacher calls on me, and I don't know how to do the stupid problem.
