I'm a 35 year old female with rheumatoid...not diabetes though. I did a lot of research when I was diagnosed. I have not found one consistent diet that seems to help. There are some herbal supplements out that help with joint health. They are expensive, though, so be prepared to pay! The research I did showed cutting out red meat and sugar (which you probably do already anyways) helped..I tried it, but it wasn't for me. Good luck to you.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and belong to a yahoo group that offers lots of support. You might try there, there are lots of people with different experiences so I am sure you could find an answer to your question there.

Eat lots of pineapple (no sugar of course)

and try the Glucosamine and condroiton.

You can take it but you have to monitor your sugar more often and always check with you Dr. First... Some diabetic drugs can interact with Glucosamine. They also sell the Condroiton seprately as well... It too helps a great deal!
