Are you stuck on stupid? Do you want to be on Dr. Phil one day or Jerry Springer tomorrow. Leave the babies where they are because you nor the 18 year old have the maturity to properly raise and support a baby, who will not always be a baby. Or maybe you would like for your life to be the next adaptation done by Law and Order of a teen couple who kills the baby for crying too much. Just stop. Be a child, get off probation and learn to love yourself and see what your true potential is. Any dumb azz can have a baby.

No, don't even think about marriage right now even if you got a baby on the way (or it's alive already) you should be independent take care of her till she is old enough to talk and be able to talk to you that way if you put her in day care she could tell you if anything bad happened, then you get yourself a job and start working but what ever you do DOT GET AN ABORTION that's the worse thing you could do kill someone elses life exspecially your kid...(unless you already have it) and since your on probabtion I guess jobs will be hard to find so just start going back to school..see if your parents can help you and if they don't then go to a center thats the best that you can do

If it is legal for you at 16 to get married. You may need your parents permission. I don't see why probation would matter, unless it is a stipulation to your probation which it probably isn't.

well ya cant get married to an 18 year old because he will go to jail for dating a minor. But that is the only advice i got! Hope it helps!

well first I don't think you are old enough or mature enough to get married as for having a baby you are on probation don't you think you should straighten out your life before destroying an innocent one

Yes with parents permission.As long as the state doesnt have custody of you and your legal guardian does.Being on probation shouldnt have anything to do with it.Your not doing anything illegal by getting married.

Oh my god. At least wait until you are eighteen years old. There is no benefit to you or your baby to get stuck in an underage marriage when you are still a child. I got married at eighteen and believe me, it was a mistake even though I was mature for my age.

Seems to me you've got enough problems, why would you want more? Get some help & straighten out your life, I hope your not thinking of raising this baby, go get some help..as soon as possible, & please dont even think about marriage at this point in your life. Think of your innocent baby for gosh sakes.

You have to have a parent/Guardian's signature, but don't get married just because of the baby.Make sure he's the right guy for you.

you have to check the laws in your state, but in most you can get married at 16 with parent consent... good luck!
