I think the federal governmant allows up to the 24th week, but each state decides who can get what and when. For exmaple some states may require parental consent. I know for a fact California allows it up to the 24th week, no questions asked. You don't need a doctors not, a note from your parents, nothing. I believe Hawaii and Massachussetts are the same.

You can abort right up until the moment the baby is born.
Bush passed a law that made that illegal. However, the liberals declared the law unconstitutional. Note that the number of babies killed just before they would be born, is quite large. Which is why the law was passed.

well I am not sure, but it is very dangerous if you have an abortion after 3 mos of pregnancy! As far as that law, i never heard of it, but hey who knows what goes on in bush's head!! lol, that would be ridiculous!

I do not know the answer to your question, but I beg anyone thinking of having an abortion.....PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!! It is murder of your own flesh and blood. Every baby is precious.
