The craft is nothing to mess with. You can… and probably will get hurt if you don't know what you are doing. and have you ever heard of 3 fold... you know whatever you sent out will come back to you. DON'T DABBLE

First you need to understand how a spell actually works.

Unlike "movie magic", you don't wave a wand and say a few words and watch something magically transform or appear before your eyes.

Magic is defined as "the ability to create change in conformity at will" in laymen's terms - using your will to create change in your enviroment or circumstance. When you look at in this "de-mystified" way, magic is nothing more than putting your own effort into creating change. Most of the props, tools, herbs, crystals and what not are nothing more than "theater" to help boost your own "will power" as it were.

For instance - if you need a new job, you don't just work a spell and *poof* you're hired. You go out get the apps, write a resume, do the interview and then you work the spell, burn the candles, smudge the incense and if you're Wiccan, ask your Deities to help you - to give a little extra energy toward landing the job.

Could you do all this without working the spell? Of course, but it does seem to work more in your favor if you add the extra energy.

Working on the priciples of physics, what you send out returns to you. Sending that extra energy might be just enough to tip the balance in your favor.

If there's a more specific "spell" you need, within reason of course, email me and I'll try to help you with it...but understand that magic will NOT make you rich, famous, powerful, or gain the love of someone who doesn't already have feelings for you.

Wicca is a religion and it isn't about spells. Any book or website that talks about "Wiccan spells" is categorically a bad source. The Wiccan religion is a complex, complete spiritual system that is very moral and teaches that the breath of the Divine is in all of nature. Wicca has licensed clergy and holidays, rituals, and practices that lead Wiccan practitioners to deeper spiritual understanding of the universe around them. Spell craft is not prohibited in Wicca, but neither is volleyball. Spells can be done by someone of any or no religion and in fact, most witches are not members of the Wiccan religion at all. Many Wiccans never cast a single spell in their whole lives. Further, the efficacy of a magical working depends on the skill of the practitioner. Spells are not cookie recipes. You don't just read a book and light a certain colored candle with certain herbs on a certain night. That's not how it works. It takes years to train the body and mind to gather, focus, and release energy with intention, which is all spell work actually is. If a practitioner cannot write her/his own spell and explain all of its layers in energetically cohesive terms, that person cannot cast a spell properly. Real witches don't use spell books. They write them for their own use. A skilled spell caster can cast a powerful spell crossing the street and no one would know. An untrained caster can do everything "right" and achieve nothing. If you want to learn spell craft, start by reading John Cross' "A Compleat Magickal Path." It actually explains how to develop proper skills. However, spell craft is not for half-trained young people. You can get yourself into hot water if you don't know what you're doing.

The craft is nothing to mess with if you don't know what you are doing. It is not something you put together for fun at a party.....
1. you need to do your homework on the craft and not watching TV and movies (Charmed,,, Sabrina,,,, etc.)
2.and you intentions had better be for the best, because it will come back and bite you and now in a nice way.
It can be light and dark, it all depends on were you take it.

Don't be lazy. Write your own spells. Use that grey goo between your ears.
