spider-man 2 is definately worth watching. if you liked the first one, you will love the second one. harry does not die, but he does find out that peter is spider-man and so does mary jane. harry also finds his fathers secret room that has the green goblin stuff in it from the first one. harry will become the green goblin in the third movie and i believe that he will die or get seriously injured. he dies in the comic books, so if they stick to that, he will die.

THOU SHALT watch Spider-Man 2 before seeing 3 or thou wilst be confusedededed as Harry decides to see how well the green suit fits in Spider-Man 3.

YES!! It is worth watching. Go out and see it. If you liked the first one at all, this one is better. Im not going to tell you what happens in the end b/c I don't what to spoil it for you. It's that good. If you really what to find out what happens, go to wikipedia and read about Spider-Man 2.

if you liked Spider-Man 1, then definitely get Spider-Man 2. But I agree with everyone else; you have to watch it yourself for the ending.
