it depends on the season, I think---Joey in the earlier years, Chandler in the middle years (Joey was just plain annoying the season he had the crush on Rachel....)
As a side note, I might be the only person in the universe, but I didn't think the show "Joey" was that bad. I actually really liked it.

Depends on what you consider funny. Joey was funny in the sense that he was a moron. Chandler had a quick wit and was very sarcastic. SO I CHOOSE Chandler.

I think Joey was cuter, but Chandler was funnier.
Joey was funny, but in too stupid of a way.
Chandler was more realistically funny.

Joey of course. And I didn't like the show that well. But if I ran across it when channel surfing I would stop to see what he was up too.
