If you're in the military, your compensation should've never been taxed. But, if you're not, then chances are that you have to pay taxes on your income. If your income was not supposed to be taxed, then file a tax return. You'll probably get back all of the money that was withheld from your paychecks. Call the IRS or a tax professional if you have any issues.
