Why don't you just try to tell the lady gently and make a small approach to her friend? Then later on while the rest of her friends aren't around, then you can tell her that you like her.

well you would have to be gentely and try to hint to her that your feeling the other for example complement the one you like instead of the one you dont like, and hopefully she is smart and would realize that your not in to her.but if she honestly dont want to do it then dont force or push up on it leave it alone but if she gives off that vibe that she wants to test you out then keep pushing until she falls for you.
