Like when you're on a bus or somthing and you are bored. Do you ever just bring your hand to a fist and bring your fist close to your nostrils for a good whiff?

No, but try this: Lick the back of your hand and wait for it to dry, then smell it. That's what your breath smells like.

yeah, i thought i was the only one that did that. i do it because i work around a lot of people and i want to make sure i don't stink even though i would not be able to do anything about it except worry and stink more because my deo would give out

Yeah I do...Mostly AFTER I bathe.
I love smelling my baby's skin too. She ALWAYS smells sweet.
