Stress and pregnancy paranoia will cause your period to be late or irregular, don't stress, your fine.

It is truly an amazing feeling when you are actually HAPPY to get your period. LOL

I don't know how old you are, but when you're younger your period can be irregular at times. When I first started mine, I wasn't sure when I was going to get it or how long it would last. But I started the pill and it made it regular. If you stay on the pill for more than 3 monthes it will make your period regular so if you should be late you'll know when to take a pregnancy test.

Probably just stress. Relax
Go to the doctor and get a pap, get yourself checked out. You may not have gotten pregnant, but you may have contracted an STD. These are not something to walk around with for any length of time, some can have long term damage on your reproductive organs. Go on the pill and be more careful.
Better safe than sorry.

Stress and illness can cause periods to be late. Sometimes a woman will ovulate later than usual, and your period follows about 2 weeks later. There are all kinds of reasons for a late period. Also, is your period normal for you? If it is lighter than normal you should still take a test just to make sure that you are NOT pregnant.

Because of the stress your under it happens alot to me at times i was worried and carried alot of stress and thats why my periods were missed at some months or off on some months. Its not a big deal but i would quit worry of stuff. Plus why have sex with someone you may not spend the rest of your life with just a question for you not trying to be rude.

well that happen to me before and sometimes you period is irregular i know sometimes mind is irregular and that is perfectly normal. From that scare you should consider using some other kind of birthcontrol method other than condoms so some like that won't happen again. But it is really scary when you are on the shot or patch and you don't get your period cause it is normal especially when you are on depvo. But now you know you are fine.

If your period is always on time, maybe it was stress. If you were worried about becoming pregnant then it takes a toll on your body. I went through the same thing and my period was more than a week late.

Sometimes stress can cause our cycles to be late, or medications even.

Or, you could have been pregnant and miscarried right away. That happens a lot more than people think.

Get on the pill girl..always have a back up plan...otherwise, you'll be a grandma at a way young age.

Maybe secretly you like the possibility that you could have been pregnant. The confusion may have been that in a way you did but didnt want too.Kind of like wanting something to happen but being scared of it at the same time.

Stress and worry can cause a late period. Or maybe you've been excercising more, or not eating very healthy lately? Sometimes it just happens and there's not explanation!
