Having being a Park Ranger for 6 years my favourite time of year was March, the trees start to bud the birds start to nest and the weather starts to warm.
This is the time that trees fulfil their purpose providing and sustaining life around it, stretching out and showing new life after the long miserable winter months when it lies dormont.
As you may have gathered I was very bored as a Park Ranger to notice this!

Ooh, hard one.
In May, my leaves start to sprout, but then all them pesky birds come and pinch my branches.
In June, all the birds, squirrels, etc, have got bairns, and they are shitting all over me.
July is high summer in Britain, so all those howling gails and torrential raqin wil be battering me to bits.
August - all the baby animals have cleared off. Mmm, very nice.
September sees another month of peace and quiet. A bit windy though.
October, ooya. That was sore that leaf dropping then.
November is a bit cold. No coat and it's bitter cold.
December, January, February - oh give me the strength to go on.
March sees a wee bit of sunshine licking my branches, and sap reaching the parts other saps can't reach.
April - damn those pesky birds are back peck peck pecking away at my twigs.
Well, looks like August is the perfect month for us deciduous. Have you asked my mate the conifer?

Hello Skycat, it would probably be the end of this month & next month, as being a tree i would be glad of autumn, as the weight is finally off my shoulders. Leaves normally start falling the begining of November, but because of global warming, it has been more towards the end of this month.

July or August, when I would look so beautiful. My green leaves would glisten as the morning dew gently dropped from them, When the sun opens her eyes, the warmth unfurls the pink blossom hanging from my branches. The birds sit amongst my blossom and sing, what a truly wonderful world for a tree to be in.

Autumn, because I, as a tree would be gloriously beautiful at this time of the year, with my leaves changing colors from green, to yellow, to red, to golden, to brown. So lovely! So I guess that month would be September, or October.

Good question! Though I can't decide between spring (I'm deciduous you see) when I get to stretch out all those new leaves in the sunshine or the autumn when I can get rid of my now dirty, dry leaves and prepare for a nice nap.
Actually I think summer, when people sit underneath me and picnic while their young play in my branches. I like people. I think if I had another life I might even like to be one.

Probably May into June. It's not too hot, cold or dry. There's enough sun and rain. And hopefully I shouldn't be going through any dramatic life cycle events like 'budding' or sloughing dead leaves at that time of year.

What a strange question. I'd say Autumn because I'd get rid of all my old leaves. I can't believe I just answered this question seriously.
