I used to have a tight fore-skin. I had my fore-skin widened but every time the head of my penis is exposed it is very sensitive. It hurts like hell. I can’t pull the fore-skin away because it is to painful to have the head exposed. What can I do to numb the pain a bit until my body adjusts and will it get better?

I have a similar problem. You and I, my friend, eventually need the same thing. Circumscision! I need both the balls (**** related pun intended) and the fact that I have heard you need to keep your penis in bandages for a few weeks and then gently soak them off in the bath!! My advise is see your doctor and explain the situation, by the sounds of it. Circumscision will sort it and change your life!

Good luck!

You have two problems. They are interrelated. You need to go to a urologist, unless you are a young teen, then you can still go to a pediatrician. You need to be circumcised. That will take care of the tight foreskin. And within a few weeks you will find that the glans (head) of the penis will be less sensitive, that it will expand, and that you will have enough sensitivity to enjoy sexual relationships and enough staying power for your wife, etc., to have good orgasms as well as you. With a tight foreskin and ultral sensitive glans your sexual pleasure will be pain. You will not regret circumcision. It will not only provide better sexual feelings in the glans but also in the shaft. Hygiene will be much easier. It will also look better. Go for it. It is up to you. Don't do what others will pressure you to do.

Relx in a nice warm bath, plenty of soap and just ease your foreskin back and forwards. Over time it will get a lot easier, the head of your penis will be very sensitive as it is not used to being exposed, As you get more into pulling your foreskin back, leave it back and again over time of leaving your foreskin back while you get on with your life you will find it will not be sore anymore,
Practice makes perfect.

A lot less painful than going to be circumcised I think,

I've never heard of having the foreskin stretched before.

You know, if it were me I don't think I could have this pain, why not opt for the full snip.

In the long it's probably the best solution, why suffer when you don't have to.

Good luck and I really sympathise with you, even though I am female

My son, in his 30's had the same problem. He was circumcised 6 months ago and the problem has been resolved. He said he wished he had had it done sooner. He is pain free and has no lack of sensitivity.

For temporary relief, use a benzocaine or lidocaine based pain gel, like they use for toothaches or teething babies. There is actually a Trojan condom that uses benzocaine gel in it to help guys last longer, so I assume it is reasonably safe.

Have your gf massage it and pull back the skin slowly a few times. Do this over the course of a week and you should be OK.
