im couple weeks pregnant &i never had any problem going to the bathroom ALL the time...yet. my co-worker is just a month pregnant &is going to the bathroom couple times in 2 hours..is that normal??

Frequent urination is a sign of pregnancy but I'm 5 wks pregnant and haven't had a problem either. Every women is different. Amava explained it perfectly why its an early sign of pregnancy. Later in pregnancy its because of the pressure of the baby on your bladder, in early pregnancy its because of the higher amounts of fluid in the body. It doesn't happen to all women just like not all women get morning sickness. Congrats and Good Luck

ha it wasn't bad for me until the very very end, I mean I peed a lot a lot during my pregnancy but for the last 6 weeks or so I would literally go to the bathroom, lie down to go to bed and need to pee AGAIN! And by then its almost impossible to get up without help. My husband was so ready for the babe to come by the time is was all over!!!

Perfectly normal. For me it didn't really hit until about 8 weeks. Then it was ALL day and night. Makes sleeping difficult. But hoping now that I am 13 weeks it will get better. Congrats on your pregnant!!!!

If you are not used to drinking alot of fluids than you will probably find yourself going more often. I go probably 20 times per day and at least 4 times per night, I wake up and have to go. Its very annoying so feel lucky that you arent going this much. Congradulations on being pregnant!

yes when I was pregnant I felt I had to go all the time and it made it hard to sleep at night I would go get into bed and feel I still had to go!
