The same issues that exist, if you where to play football, or where committed to any hobby. Mostly time and being able to be good at both.

Now, take a step back, what will you be doing after school, if your business succeeds. Run you business most likely, well that means to me that it is very much worth you while you start, grow and develop your business now, while you have the opportunity, see where it takes you and if you have the right path (business) you may find that you have already found you method to fund your dreams.

read lots about your business, business in general, books by robert kyosaki (rich dad poor dad series) donald trump (business 101 and his academy) and michael gerber (emyth) Napoleon Hill (think and grow rich) are awesome to get into the right mind set and give direction towards having money work for you rather than working for money (read the books, to get all the answers).

you might just find that your school will become more interesting to, as you will quickly find out that lots of suject you are required to take in school starting having some correlation to what your business plans and direction is.

TIME... Make sure you are able to manage your schedule with the business as well. This is the only disadvantage I see.
