It depends on the crime.If it had anything to to with rape or abusing women and children first I would beat him up then I would report him.If he robed a bank i wouldn't.

No I don't have to. Because they will end up learning from their mistake and feel guilty about it and/or either get caught sooner or later, or turn themselves in.
The same goes for if my friend was cheating on her husband, I wouldn't go tattle telling her husband because they both would resent me for it. My friend will either get caught sooner or later or come clean to her husband.

well first i try to talk to them and make them confese it tell them why its worng and what will happen if they dont tell but be nice and say it will turn out ok dont really say it your self unless there life is in great danger cause you may piss them off really try hard to talk to them about telll some one.
