i'm trying to replace an old b&d 7504 & 7530.

i now have b&d's js200k, and a skil 4490-01 (home depot exclusive??). which do you think is better and why?

i need a basic saw that has (if possible) a movable footplate, and a guide. nothing big or fancy.

please leave your opinion and why you feel the way you do.
thanks!

I might go for the skill first but look at the foot and see if one looks stronger then the other they seam to be one of the weak links on cheap units to me the motors last a good amount of time normaly so just look for the good build
