Bush is no more of a "true Christian" than bin Laden. He used the Christian right to get elected by pretending to be one of them and has now ignored them, but its too late for them to do anything other than whine about it.

He invaded Iraq because Saddam had put out a contract on Daddy at the time of the Gulf War - it was vindictiveness. Not that Saddam was all that nice of a person, but Bush just used 9/11 as an excuse to invade and take him out. Bush stated on his first day in office, he was going to get rid of Saddam - and he did - but look at the cost. And, it was also done for oil. Haven't you seen those pictures of all the Iraqi oil coming into the US? No one else has either.

Bush is a liar, thief, crook, and kill-crazy fool. And something like 31% of the American people still like him. Some people never learn.

I would never assume to answer what another persons faith is but the real reason for the invasion is simple. The president vowed to put an end to terrorism the only way to do that was to change the completely screwed up middle east and offer the people a ray of hope or simply some kind of alternative to what they have which is nothing. The idea was right but the execution was completely screwed up and showed a complete lack of understanding of the culture and recent history all these same problems happened to the British which is why they pulled out after WW2 for a better and more complete explanation of my opinion buy this weeks Newsweek mag They have a very good article that reflects my own opinion exactly.

The plans for invading Iraq were carried out a "lengthy" time earlier the shape which justified such an invasion. "information"papers make up thoughts, all of us recognize that, properly; the television comments the very similar thoughts! So, the television makes thoughts up also. the US is managed through massive agency: that is a actuality. The mass media "are" massive agency! massive agency controls each and every thing that the individuals listen. the information about the shape which justified the invasion of Iraq is actual got here across to be doubtful a minimum of. massive agency, in the US, did 9/eleven to justify the furtherance of their time table of global domination, and better income with the help of infinite conflict, and administration over the planet's oil provide. the rustic has a lengthy historic previous of making use of pretend-flag-terrorism to fool that is human beings into helping unlawful militia acts. The invasion of Iraq, and the genocide of the Iraqi human beings, are the end results of the hot US pretend-flag-operation. the authorities purely makes issues up, bombards the inhabitants with the garbage that they carry, and let us know all that we help each and every thing that they let us know that we choose them to do. that is all finished through propaganda. the magnificent issue that we people must have is that the mass media are the biggest area of the deception equipment.

What is the definition of "a true Christian"? If it's someone who behaves like a religious zealot, determined to make policy based on his own personal beliefs, and believes that no one knows better than him about anything - well, then, I guess he's "a true Christian". I don't know if he can be called "a fraud", as it appears that HE truly BELIEVES his own delusions of grandeur. I believe that he invaded Iraq to try and secure the area's resources - the primary one being something his family has a bit more than a vested interest in. I think he went after Saddam for the right reasons, but, didn't think anything through after that one solitary act. Now it appears that the war is about his ego, which he has sadly placed above the lives of our brave soldiers. He absolutely refuses to acknowledge that he was wrong, wrong, wrong. I believe that he is a textbook case of narcissistic personality disorder.

He preaches his christian values and garners support from churches while giving them nothing in return. And he invaded Iraq for oil and power, and hatred of Saddam because of what happened to his father.
