I always thought Sigur Ros sounded like Nordic suicide music. Well, probably not the best way to describe it, but it has that heart/gut wrenching sound to it that always makes me sad. Plus, I can't understand the words, so it makes it more sad (they write in "Hopelandic", their own weird combo of Icelandic (which most of their music is already in) and a bunch of other stuff). I recommend the song Olsen Olsen or The Death Song.
