i know bee's create honey, but is there any other creatures in the world that create something that we eat? (and no, milk doesn't count so don't say cows, goats, or any other creature humans milk. don't say cheese either since it's humans who make that using raw ingredients)

i'm not talking about eating the animals or things their body produces. i'm talking about things they create as a by product.

Bees don't make honey from their bodies, and it's not made out of bees. eggs are basically animals (not full grown animals, but still, animals. or at least the potential for animals as the egg is unfertilized) meat, is the animal it'self (doesn't matter which animal). i'm asking about something that was produced BY an animal that is NOT the animal itself. Eggs fall under this category. milk kinda falls under this since humans create it naturally as well. i'm talking about something that humans DON'T produce naturally, and is NOT and animal.

Eggs from hens can fall under animals if there is a rooster around to the hen house otherwise, they are food. Milk does, not work because man milk animals, Honey does not work either then, because man takes the milk from the bees, honey is bees milk. Therefor, any bug one eats, milk, young grab( bug ) eggs, milk, or anything else man eats can not be used, so there is no answer to your question with the limits you put on the question. There is no right or wrong answer.
