Come up with situations in which a cell phone would help, like if you went somewhere by yourself and they needed to contact you, or you got kidnapped. And ask nicely. And don't ask for ANYTHING else on Christmas, or they'll get you that.

tell them that ur only going to uze it for emergenzyz and for calling freidz and family membas.. not in school or stuff like that and then do what u say!!!!!!!!!
