This may sound daft, but why do you want to be??
As a woman, I would ask myself, why does he feel the need to be sophisticated about seduction, and to be a seducer of women would make me think you wanted to manipulate women to give you what you want. Let us be adult. Men have been seducing women for ever, and women have played up to it forever, it is all part of the game. I would advise you to be a little less obvious about it. As for the sophistication thing, I would drop that part of the title you have chosen for yourself and want to live up to.
Try this title, what makes me a sensitive and considerate lover.

Anyone who would WANT to be 'a sophisticated seducer' sounds like an oily sex-fiend to me.
What are you really? Be that. Pretentiousness is no basis for... anything. And 'seduction' is a flash word for 'rape'.
'R-E-S-P-E-C-T, I know what it means to me'. Do you respect women? I don't get that feeling from your question. English women, like ALL women, deserve and enjoy respect.
That doesn't mean putting her on a pedestal. Women are not to be worshipped and idealised, any more than they are to be debased and trivialised. Women want what any person of sense wants: mutality, fun, communication, justice, respect, humour, sensitivity, care, kindness, understanding, and someone they can trust. In other words, an adult man.
All the money, jewellery, and fine wine in the world cannot match that.
It is possible to be 'sophisticated' without being mature. I recommend growing up. And drop the pretences. English women, and most women, worldwide, can see right through fake men.
It's not what you say. It's not how you seem. It's not how you ACT. It's who you are, and what you DO that make a lasting, meaningful impression.
Or did I misread the question, and are you just looking for empty sex?

The question should really be "What makes me THINK I'm a sophisticated seducer of English women?", because the way you've worded the question makes me think you've got an ego & know how it's done already. Also bear in mind that not all English women would be naive enough to fall for your charms, so don't be too disappointed if you get the brushh-off.

english women like many others enjoy courtesy, humour, intelligence and a bit of culture as well. Whether that means partying out, & going to cinemas, pubs and clubs and stopping off at the chippy on the way home or going to the theatre english girls (like most others) like that sort of thing.
Being sophisticated can get boring. It's more fun being accessible and down to earth and only doing the sophisticated stuff on occasion. that way you get the best of both worlds

what makes you a sophisticated seducer is your charm good looks personality wit and sense of humour and personaility as well. If you have all of those you have what it takes let me give you a few tips its all in the eye contact body language confidence and how you speak to women thats important remember those as they are importnat mind you i could do with some tips as well.

If you are a nice person, just be yourself. If you're an a-hole, be like someone who isn't. For English women specifically, I'm not sure. Perhaps having a car with a reliable electrical system would turn them on.
