I have noticed especially in the south that Black people are far more racist than White people. This is of course personal experience and since I'm from the north when I moved to the south it shocked me. perhaps its a matter of perspective but thats how I feel so...Why?

I've been in prison three times, and in prison Blacks are by far in the majority. White men must be on constant guard against assualts and thefts by blacks in the prison system. I once asked a black cell mate why this was since it seems to me that this is what the "system" wants. They want us to hate each other and keep fighting amongst ourselves. His answer was simple,"In here we're the majority so this is our chance to have some 'get back'". It seems to me this is all by POLITICAL DESIGN your question is a good one. The answer is simple Becuase that is what the leaders of both the white and black communities want. Why? becuase they are ALL the same thing: politicians. Politicians are the spokes of the wheel that is the "system" . Its all by politcal design.

I think in general everyone just thinks everyones out to get them. I'm sure blacks and other minorities feel much differently about this. People just have some sort of victim mentality. In fact, have you ever noticed that every conservative thinks there's a liberal bias in the media, and every liberal feels the opposite way?

Anyway, it would be impossible to actually determine which group was the most racist, and to answer your question, it seems like they are more rasict because when they are racist, it's towards you.

I don't think there is a single race of people that is more or less racists than any other. Of course, I have not had your experiences, but maybe being from the North, you are taking things too seriously than the South does? Good Luck!!!

People are people and they have their own opinions a comment that a ''black person''may say might offend a ''white person'' why? because not everybody thinks the same. Me i think they both can seem equally racist some time. Then other times they can be just misunderstood.

The reason it seems so is because it is so. They have their resentment up all the time. I couldn't understand it growing up in New Orleans. They had Black colleges there they could attend (free or tuition paid by some organization, I was told), I had no such benefit.
Yet they glared and stared hate whenever I had to be with them in buses, street cars, etc. I still don't understand. I think they are taught things we never will understand. As for what happened to them many years ago, I didn't have any part in that. I wish it was different between the races.

If what you're saying is true, maybe it's just that the Southern black people dealt with more racism over the years than black people in other parts of the country. Maybe they're just more open about it down there at this point. Maybe the white people there are just starting to calm down now after so many years of being obnoxiously racist in the past. Who knows.

I have lived many years amongst black people, and I have been amazed at how prejudiced most of them seem to be.
You would think that people who claim to have been hurt so badly by racial prejudice, would not be so willing to behave the same way.
I shudder to think how things would have been if white people were the slaves. I feel certain that slavery would still exist, and be even more brutal, if blacks were the slave-masters.

Black leadership is more racist than most black people. Unfortunately, many blacks "listen to" their national leaders and blindly choose to follow their biased racially focused drivel rather than to think validly for themselves. The Jesse Jacksons and all the other black "leaders" don't really want the black citizens of the US to prosper, get good educations, and do well. If that happened, then Jesse and others like him wouldn't have any powerbase of hatred and racism. The people wouldn't need them anymore. Jesse wants them to stay poor and uneducated, even though he pretends to state the opposite.

This might be because they have faced so much prejudice that they want revenge on whites now. An eye for an eye. Even if tey don't outwardly show, they might still be bias because of something in their subconscious mind that making them act this way.
