Searching for birth mother from Pennsylvania I believe her last name was Dubbs?

I was born in March of 65, I was possibly given the name Jeffry Michael ,any help or advice would be apreciated

OK maybe shes not here but maybe a friend or family of hers is. Obviosly internits is clued in on who is on Yahoo answers and who is not thanks for your wisdom internits.
