not too much unfortunately. I would bring him to a pet store or a vet to get it checked up. Ask them about a "splint". The splint is usually made of toothpicks that help keep the leg straight and still as the bones heal. Please do not try applying the splint w/o getting veternarian help tho.

Avoid handling it now--give the leg time to heel

If you feed it crickets, remove the cricket's backlegs so the gecko can still catch its prey.

I would switch to waxworms now because they are slow moving and provide alot of nutrition

I hope this helped

Happened to my beardie... Cut a straw the length of his leg, slice it open so that it rolls back together, fix it on as a calf with a band aid or skin tape (that will not stick too much on his scales) Make sure that the straw covers all around and that his leg is straight. Then wait a few weeks, it'll heal nice! My beardie is doing great now, she has full control on her leg!

Not much. You could take him to a vet but I'm not sure there's really anything you can do to fix a broken lizard leg, especially for a small lizard like a gecko. It would be easier for something like an iguana or a monitor.

Do what people do with broken legs before hospitals, splints and casts were invented. Keep the victim immobile. Pull gently but firmly on the broken, twisted appendage. gently put it back to its normal position. Keep the limb immobile for a few days/weeks.
