Its actually more complex than a typical simple black and white mix (referring to color)
Albinism is a genetic disorder that is quite recessive. The possibility of the resulting child having the color of black, white or "blended" would depend if the child inherits the albinism.
Inheriting the afican parent's albinism depends on the caucasion's popsibilty of passing along albanism as well.
Taking the albinism factor out of the equation and it is safe to say that the offspring of a person with black skin and a person with white skin will result in a blending of the skin colors.
It is also safe to assume that the offspring will appear to have more of an african-american (black) look as opposed to a caucasion (white) look and would appear to be a child of mixed heritage.

No, the chances are the mother will give the children a functioning copy of the albinism gene, and all the children will look like a regular mixed-race kids.
Exception; about 1% of humans are carriers of albinism, so there is a 1 in 200 chance that a child of an albino and a "normal" human will be albino.

being an albino is double recessive.
let A be the dominant trait (not albino) and a be the recessive trait (albino)
AA (mother) x aa (father - albino black man)
offsprings will be all Aa --> which means that their offsprings will be normal
Another instance:
Aa (mother) x aa (father)
offsprings will be Aa and aa --> which means they can either have a normal offspring or an albino one.
Since the father is an albino, the color of the offsprings will depend on the genotype of the mother as I mentioned above.

no. if he is black, like you stated. The child has a 50% chance like the other answerer said. But most likely the child will display mixed characteristics because dark overrules light. If you know how to do a Punnett square your answer will lie in that.

no, he is albino but maybe not the child.
his genes still carry the information to form "black"
skin.so the child may have the full or partial apperance of the father(being "black skined.")
God bless.
