I DID WORK FOR ADMINSTRATION AND ACCOUNTING FOR NORTH CAROLINA INMATE PRISON TRUST FUNDS.
THEY ARE ALLOWED 10 PERSONAL FREE STAMPS A MONTH IF THEY CAN'T AFFORD THEM PLUS ALL FREE LEGAL POSTAGE. AND 10 DOLLARS A MONTH IN PERSONAL HYGIENE PRODUCTS.

Yeah. Bubba asked me to like his stamp but I told him no.

That has to be the weirdest question i've come across. I don't see why they wouldn't though
