everytime I try to untick it or refresh the page, it comes back as if it's been paid

is there a way of unticking it. ??

Yep, in your My eBay, you can click the drop-down there in the Items Sold section and select Unmark as Payment Received.

Don't worry about it. Most Ebayers are very honest people and will pay you anyway. If you are really concerned, send your customers an email stating that you accidentally marked the item as paid.

Open a dispute - it truly is how: sign in to My eBay. click the Account tab. click the “Dispute Console” link. click the products no longer received or no longer as defined tab. hit upon the itemizing and click the “View dispute” link. For PayPal disputes, click the “View declare” link. Ebay will contact them. optimistically, they received't desire a "strike" on their list and could reply. once you both get your merchandise or your funds decrease back, leave ideal comments for them. that would want to warn different clients about them. reliable luck.

people dont always pay attention to that little symbol and you and they both know they havent paid... so does ebay and paypal
so just simply email them and ask/remind them to pay in friendly way...
communication is key in a sucessful business relationship
so i say deal with it now and dont let it go on too long

once you click paid, it can come back, and for a nother people run scams on e bay sites, if you are luck to get your money back dont use e bay unless you protect your idenity.
