What this mean is that with certain liberties come the responsiblies of you actions. You can not blame your actions on someone else telling you what to do.

Spiderman said "with great power comes great responsibility". Realizing how free you are to screw the other guy is a great power. If you do not act responsibly with this power, which is to say if you fail to place restrictions on you own freedom, then you will suffer the fate of all empires in history. You will be brought down by your victims.
'American Free Enterprise' has tended to focus a lot more on 'American' and not enough on 'Free Enterprise'.
It has worked up to a point.
Now we are in the days of payback.

We have the freedom to pay our employees what we want them to earn. The freedom to produce excellent product or worthless ones. We can opt to make our employees futures secure by matching their 401k investments or having a retirement fund or offering them stock options.etc. Hope that help you think in the right direction Now finish your homework.

It's everything having to do with our current state.
If our politicians were responsible enough, they would have had a good exit strategy so that they wouldn't have to be in IRAQ for this long.
If there was some forethought given to the future, maybe we would have been in a better situation right now.
