how do i get my dad to let me pearce my nose when my mom already said yes but he disagrees?????

Well ask yourself: whose nose is it? Your nose? or your papa's nose?
Break the rule. Why not.. it's your nose, not your papa's nose. isn't it? If it's his nose then you don't do that. But what is his right to forbid you to have a pierce in your OWN nose. Your nose....
You gotta be in control of your life, be in charge of yourself... express yourself.

Just go ahead and do it. He will have no choice but to deal with it. You might get grounded for a few days and/or loose your allowance...is the risk worth the reward?

Tell your mom to talk to him about backing her up when she makes a choice. He might still say no, but at least she can make him feel bad about it.
