The most obvious (or unobvious) is the centriole found in some nuclei.

Many cells also have ribosomes and vesicles which might be hard to see except under the highest powers.

The Golgi are also exceedingly small and difficult to see.

The smooth endoplasmic reticulum, centrioles, and ribosomes are hard to see under lower magnifications.
