Well normally you'll lose weight at first because of morning sickness and no desire to eat anything. You shouldn't start gaining until at leat 8 weeks preggers but i guess 3-5 lbs is healthy to start then 6 pounds per month maybe good luck and congrats on your blessing

Relax, your weight will fluctuate week to week depending what you eat each day before your weigh in, etc. I remember my first pregnancy, there was like a four week span that i did neither gain or lose, and the nurse looked concerned, but my doctor was not..some weeks I gained a couple pounds or more.
Just try and eat healthy. The less weight you unnecessarily put on, the less chance of stretch marks, and the easier it will be to get the weight off when the baby comes.

The baby at this stage is only about 13 oz, but you have to remember that the placenta, and the sac are still growing and more water is filling the sac, so not all of that weight is bad. Just eat healthy and walk and you will be fine

That's totally normal. You often lose weight in the first trimester, and then gain it in the second because the baby starts growing a lot faster.

nope that's pretty normal. Most women gain about 1lb a week during the second trimester so you're pretty much right on par.
