I'm sure there will be eventually. There needs to be some changes so more people have the oppertunity instead of just the elite rich and well connected. I'm positive there's more qualified people out there if major money and connections weren't so apparently necessary. I mean you can have tons of donations from regular Americans and it's not going to beat just 1 "contribution"(pay-off) from a major company.

Well, if Thomas Sowell or another black conservative were to run, he'd get my vote. Ain't about skin color, personally. Long as he or she is closer to my ideology.
I think it's possible, but I wouldn't say so too soon. Only because I have a pretty good idea who's going to be the 08 candidates.

Will a black president run? Yes. Win? No.
None of the south would vote for them, therefore they couldnt even get half of the votes let alone the electoral votes.

There very well could be, and i think the person with the most potential right now is Barack Obama, but i do not think that he has enough experience to win in '08, but maybe '12.

In theory yes, but seeing as how most of our Presidents have been rich white elitest men who serve their corporate masters it is highly doubtful.
