Just to drive to work and back? If so, how do you go about doing this? How long does it take? Who do you talk to? Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It absolutely depends on your state. I would call the DMV... only help I could give.

I know if your license is suspended that you can get a permit to drive to and from work ONLY. And they really do enforce this. If they catch you driving at 10pm - then you are SOL.

I hope not. This is a sentence. Couldn't afford the time, shouldn't have done the crime. Take the bus.
