Of course you need a lawyer.

Anyone who has a rebel flag is seen as a racist in this country. If you are seen as a racist, it doesn't matter if you are guilty of a crime or not, if people can get away with being cruel to you, they are likely to.

At heart we(humans) are all somewhat evil, and many many people who call themselves Christians are all too willing to lie to themselves to justify hanging you by your balls.

Also, violence is against Christianity. Period. I hope you wouldn't do it, but if you are going to shoot someone, SHOOT TO KILL! Dead men tell no tales.

Be careful, and go with God. And get a flipping lawyer, bro.

your okay on the knife vs the gun

but not on the flag-drop the flag part and get a attorney cause u never can tell how one word can throw the whole case and your flag word is questionable source of intent on your part, be glad he had the knife cause i think u would shot him anyway

i was awarded a $153.318.00 for a crazy black man attack in a bar and the other lawyer go it vacanted, and i like u had a case of self defense to and won it and lost the other so be it known u are only as smart as the glove on oj

I believe you should seek an attorney if not for anything, then for principle. This so-far sounds like he won't have a chance but taking your own council in court may not be wise because of the nature of the suit. In the case you get an attorney, you will have smooth ride because he/she will use the tools of the obvious: an officer said it was self defense, as well as a judge that released you.

I am on the other guy's side because you could of just called the police! that is no way to solve a problem!! You should never do that! even if he is trying to destroy your things.. that is what the police is for!! how could you have the rebel flag, that is rude and.. I cant even explain it in words how stupid that flag is!! You should let him sue you!!

Don't be foolish. Get a lawyer! Hopefully you have homeowner's insurance that will supply a lawyer because they want to avoid a big payout.

With that grammar, you'll need one. God.

Even if you had impeccable grammar, you need a lawyer.
You can't defend yourself. You'll lose.

He's paralyzed, for Christ's sake!
