When we take the grandchildren to dinner or shopping, we always have quarters for the gum ball machines, They sure are different than in my days,but yes I find it still as much fun as I did when I was a kid. My grand kids say, Grandma , why do you always have to go first. Love it.

I guess I don't mind putting my quarter in but, dude, I don't want what comes out. Kids put their fingers in their noses (and other orifices) and then fetch their gum ball from behind the tiny metal door. And you can't thoroughly clean those things. I used to be a huge germ-phobe but now I'm just germ-phobic enough not to eat no dirty kid finger gum.

yes, and I also put them in for my 18 year old daughter to ride the pony outside the store. Peolpe always stare, it's funny.

I got a minuture rubber chicken out of one a few weeks ago! It was just for fun. I keep it in my purse.

I love it.... Big kid inside...... how about the ones where you win the bouncy balls? those are alot of fun as well.. what the heck, I still like going to Chuckie Cheese...
