They are together right now I don't see it lasting long term and I hope so because they are so cute much like Meredith and mcdreamy .

No on both accounts.
I expect that christina will break up with Burke for a while and izzie may step in and make thing interesting.
As for Addison she is going to fall for Alex and that is going to make Mark pick on Alex relentlessly.

I don't know if Preston and Christina can work through their problems...she was covering for him so much and now it seems like a betrayal with her ratting him out to the chief.
I don't like it that Meredith and Derek are together...it was better with them beating around the bush...
I think Mark is on a personal mission to bed down every woman that Derek has...
I don't think Izzy will be ready to be with Alex for a long time...
I miss Denny...
