Tator-Tot Casserole!
Ground Beef cooked and chopped
Drain
Mix in Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
Put in a cake pan
add cheese and tator tots, then more cheese
Heat in the oven at 400, until tator tots are golden brown
some people add green beans, but I prefer them to be on the side!!!!

I could make chicken parmigiana, meatloaf, boneless pork chops, and lasagna. But that's only because I went grocery shopping today! Normally, I could make eggs & cheese in a warmed tortilla -- not bad, but not quite the same as a real meal!

Burritos (tortillas, leftover chili, cheese, rice), turkey pot pie, mac and cheese from scratch, spaghetti and garlic bread, soup and grilled cheese sandwiches, stir fried beef and veggies and rice...I have a very well-stocked fridge and pantry!

Sauteed pork loin medallions with a cream sauce (or a tomato & wine-based sauce, take your pick) with buttered new potatoes and steamed broccoli. And cheesecake for dessert with shaved chocolate.
